Legendary actor Sir Christopher Lee has died aged 93.

It's our sad duty to report that Sir Christopher Lee has died at the age of 93.
The Telegraph reports that Sir Christopher passed away on Sunday (07.06.2015) at London's Chelsea and Westminster hospital.

Lee appeared in Lee appeared in more than 250 movies and video games through his career, including the massively successful as Saruman in Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit, for which he filmed his last scene at the age of 92 in 2014.

In games, as well as various Lords of the Rings tie-ins, Lee also provided the voice for Ansem the Wise in Kingdom Hearts II and Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days, Scaramanga in GoldenEye: Rogue Agent (having appeared in the role for the original movie, The Man With The Golden Gun), and the voice of the narrator in Deus Ex Machina 2.


His voice was powerful (which helped when he released a heavy metal album in 2010), and at 91 years old, Christopher Lee became the oldest musician to hit Billboard as ‘Jingle Hell’ nabbed the No. 22 spot on the ‘Hot 100′ chart.



Also in 2011, Sir Christopher Lee received the BAFTA Fellowship for his outstanding career in film.
